About: Originally from a rural town in central Virginia, I grew up spending most of my time outdoors and often by the water (nothing has changed lol). I started working in healthcare when I was 16, initially as a nursing assistant and then as an EMT. I was always one of those kids that knew I wanted to be a physician from a very young age, and somehow managed to make my dream a reality. Today (if I’m not on shift haha) you can find me spending time hanging out with my friends, listening to live music, or finding a new place to eat!
Hobbies: Hiking, working out, watching movies, concerts, cooking, spending time w/ friends and family, and honestly anything outdoors!

About: Hi, I'm Scoute, and ✨I'm just a girl ✨...powered by energy drinks, fueled by controlled chaos, and happiest with trauma shears in hand.
I recently married the love of my life, and together we have taken on our greatest challenge yet: surviving residency while raising Beamer, our Boxer puppy, who has mastered the art of creating his own emergencies. Between my Emergency Medicine residency and his Anesthesiology residency, our household is basically a never-ending debate over one important question: who gets to tube the trauma patient?
When I'm not in the ED, you can find me at the track watching drifting, enjoying fast cars, curled up watching a good horror movie, or spending time with my family and friends. I thrive on adventure, a little bit of chaos, and anything that keeps life interesting.
I’m excited to bring my curiosity, humor, and passion for Emergency Medicine to residency—one shift, one energy drink, and one controlled chaos moment at a time.
Hobbies: Traveling, puzzles, horror movies, reading, and quality time with family and friends
